The Samsung Bespoke AI Jet Wet&Clean is for homes that want one machine to vacuum carpets and wash hard floors. It is a full stick vacuum with docked dust emptying and two batteries, plus a Spinning Sweeper head that sprays water and scrubs with rotating microfibre pads. Rather than buying a separate floor washer, you swap heads.

Our take
The Spinning Sweeper head
The mop head has a spray nozzle and two rotating microfibre pads, both supplied, for wet cleaning hard floors. Unlike dedicated wet and dry cleaners, it does not suck up dirty water. It works more like a powered mop that you use after vacuuming.
That makes it well suited to light weekly washing of kitchen and bathroom floors, rather than clearing up large spills.
Vacuuming, power and AI mode
For dry cleaning, Samsung quotes up to 770 W of motor power and up to 280 W of suction. The Jet Dual+ brush works with AI Cleaning Mode, which adjusts battery use and cleaning power to the floor type. Wi-Fi lets you change settings and get reminders on a phone.
Other tools in the box are a combination brush, a telescopic crevice tool and a flexible tool. The spec table also lists the Pet Tool+ and a double anti-tangle brush.
Batteries, station and bags
Two interchangeable batteries are included, each rated for up to 60 minutes, giving a listed total of two hours. A separate charger is supplied for the second pack, and charge time is three and a half hours. The listed weight is 2.7 kg.
The All-in-One station empties the dust bin and has a HEPA filter to trap fine particles. Three dust bags come in the box, so plan on buying replacements over time.
Against the Hoover HW400 and AI Jet Ultra
The Hoover HW400 is a dedicated wet and dry cleaner that vacuums and washes in one pass and self-cleans its roller at 70C, but it is built for hard floors only and has a single built-in battery.
The Samsung Bespoke AI Jet Ultra skips the mop head but has 400 W suction and an Active Dual LED brush, which is better for heavily carpeted homes.
Verdict
Choose the AI Jet Wet&Clean if your home mixes carpet and hard floors and you want docked emptying, two batteries and an occasional wet clean from one machine. For mostly hard floors with daily spills, the Hoover HW400 is more specialised, and for deep carpet cleaning, the Samsung Bespoke AI Jet Ultra is the stronger choice.
