It does not describe the wet head itself: its water tank size, how it applies water and whether it collects dirty water. If those are important to you, check Dyson's own product information before buying.

Three power levels are listed, and runtime is up to 60 minutes from a lithium-ion battery. As with any Dyson, that maximum is unlikely to apply with a motorised head on full power.

The Tineco Floor One S5 is a dedicated hard floor washer with iLoop sensing, dual tanks and self-cleaning, but it is not a carpet vacuum.

Choose the V15 Detect Submarine if you already want a top Dyson and would like to wash hard floors with the same machine, and you can confirm the wet head details. If you only vacuum, the Dyson V15 Detect Animal is lighter, and if washing hard floors is the main job, the Tineco Floor One S5 is more specialised.
