The Unlimited 7 Aqua is a standard Bosch Unlimited 7 with one big addition: a second floor head that vacuums and mops hard floors at the same time. It is aimed at homes with kitchens, hallways and bathrooms in tiles or vinyl, and at dog owners dealing with muddy paw prints. If you already reach for a mop after every vacuum, this is the model in the Bosch range built for you.

Our take
How the Aqua head changes the routine
Bosch says the 2-in-1 Aqua head removes the need to vacuum first and then mop, because it combines the two jobs in one pass. That is the point of the model: fewer tools out and less time on hard floors.
For carpets you swap back to the AllFloor DynamicPower Brush, which Bosch says picks up 99.9% of dust and suits deep, fluffy carpets. The vacuum also has an Auto setting that chooses settings for the floor type, so you are not changing power levels by hand.
Battery, runtime and charging
One 3 Ah battery comes in the box. The spec table lists 40 minutes of runtime and a charge time of 300 minutes, which is a long wait if the battery runs flat mid clean. The battery is an 18 V Bosch pack, so a second one from the Power For All range would extend sessions.
Listed weight is 2.9 kg, slightly heavier than the plain Unlimited 7 at 2.8 kg, and noise is listed at 82 dB.
Reaching under furniture and other tools
The Flex Tube is included and bends so the head can travel under the sofa while you stand upright. The box also has a long flexible crevice nozzle, a short crevice nozzle, a mattress nozzle and a 2-in-1 upholstery brush, plus the charging dock and lead.
The dust box is 0.3 L and the filter is listed as a HEPA cartridge. That small bin is the main limit if you have a lot of carpet as well as hard floor.
Versus the ProHygienic Aqua and the Unlimited 7 BCS712GB
The Bosch Unlimited 7 ProHygienic Aqua is the newer wet option, with two rotating pads on its DynamicAqua head and a 180 degree hinge, but its listing does not state runtime or weight.
The Bosch Unlimited 7 BCS712GB drops the mop head in favour of a second battery and a quick charger, which suits mostly carpeted homes better.
Verdict
Buy the Unlimited 7 Aqua if your home has plenty of hard floor and you want to vacuum and mop with one machine and one pass. If stains are the bigger problem, the ProHygienic Aqua has rotating pads, and if carpets dominate and runtime matters more, the Unlimited 7 BCS712GB with two batteries is the better Bosch.
